Anton Gudim, who has over 1.2 million Instagram followers, is well known for his comic illustrations depicting the absurdity of everyday situations. The "Yes, But" series is one of his most popular among his followers because it is so relatable.

Gudim was so taken with these illustrations that he created a second Instagram account solely for them. According to Bored Panda, he has been creating these Yes, But comic illustrations since 2016. It was inspired by the kinds of contradictions that we all face daily. Gudim once said: "This is the way to fight the boredom: to see something new in the regular surroundings."
