According to ABC 7, the old man had expressed his interest to attend a music festival—something he'd never gotten to do in his life so far—and Galera made sure to fulfill his wish and took him to his first-ever music festival. In the video, the godfather can be seen wearing trendy jackets and sunglasses while jamming to rock music amidst flashing disco lights.

Perched on Galera’s shoulder, he can be seen fist-pumping to the beats of the music. Several others attending the music festival also filmed the grandpa who managed to fit right in with the younger crowd.

Well, that's absolutely true because the old man was euphoric while enjoying his time at the concert. According to USA Today, Galera revealed that his godfather had long been curious about what went on during the long hours of a music festival.

"We said if we could find him a ticket for Day 2, we would take him," Galera shared. "Five minutes later, we surprised him with a ticket that we bought from a friend." He added that his godfather was nervous and felt out of the place initially, wondering what he had gotten himself into.

"He even decided to go take a nap and meditate for a while before the long night," Galera said. "Everyone was so kind and generous to him. The first thing he said when we woke up the next day was, 'When is the next one?'"

Supportive comments poured in for Galera's godfather on the internet and one comment on Facebook by Evangeline Bailey read: "Heartwarming! I applaud his sweet godson for doing this for him!" This video surely inspired us all to take our elders out there to experience new things with us and create precious memories with them.
