The commercial people have long been waiting for finally made its debut during the Super Bowl and it's an absolute treat.
The wait is over. Dunkin' Donuts has hired a new deliciously hot employee. He is charming, skilled, and funny. He is the one and only Ben Affleck. No, this is not a dream. The dreamboat Justice League star served as a Dunkin' Donuts employee for the coffee company's 2023 Super Bowl ad and it was absolutely "Benlicious."
Oh and the equally gorgeous Jennifer Lopez also drops by in the commercial to add the cherry on top.
The much-awaited Ben Affleck and Dunkin' Donuts collab sent fans into a frenzy. The world has long known about Affleck's love for Dunkin' coffee and has been eagerly looking forward to the commercial drop ever since pictures of the actor's on-location shoot with his wife Lopez emerged online.
In the ad, Affleck is seen behind the counter of a Dunkin' drive-through service, taking orders, posing for selfies, and delivering orders to unsuspecting customers.
Dunkin shared the ad on its social media pages and wrote in the caption: "They say go big or go home, so Ben went big and came home to Massachusetts." The spot racked up over 1 million views on Twitter within a few hours.

Affleck was born and brought up in Massachusetts, and so was the Dunkin' brand. In the 30-second 2023 Super Bowl Ad, the actor returns to Massachusetts and is heard saying: "Welcome to Dunkin. How can it be this inexpensive and good?"
We then see a customer arrive at the drive-through window and appear visibly confused to see the star at the counter. "You look a little lost," Affleck tells her, before calling over the headset, "One second, I am trying to find the bagels."
A sight to behold, indeed. Later in the ad, a man pulls up to the service window and Affleck asks, "Do I look familiar?" The customer quickly responds, "No." According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Gone Girl actor also directed the advert.

The biggest twist in the commercial arrives when Jennifer Lopez pulls up to the coffee window. Upon noticing her husband in the Dunkin' uniform, she asks Affleck: "What are you doing here?"
"You are embarrassing me in front of my friends," he quickly responds, even as Lopez adds: "Is this what you do when you say you are going to work all day?" Realizing his fun day moonlighting as a Dunkin' employee has come to an end, Affleck informs his "co-workers" that he's got to leave. "Grab me a glazed (donut)" Lopez shouts as Affleck heads out.
The internet had quite the experience watching Affleck's debut as a Dunkin employee and had many jokes to share. @DangerRanger83 wrote: "This one takes the cake." However, another Twitter user didn't seem entirely convinced by the advert. @apbenven commented: "That Dunkin' commercial was unrealistic not because Ben Affleck wouldn't work there but because [Jennifer Lopez] definitely doesn't drive."
Billboard also posted the news on his Instagram account, and captioned, "Ben Affleck works the Dunkin' Donuts drive-through in its widely-speculated 2023 #SuperBowl ad which also featured a cameo from his wife, Jennifer Lopez." According to CBS News, although Dunkin' originally pitched an idea involving Affleck paying a visit to the corporate boardroom, the actor pushed for an unscripted piece.
