Donald Trump might have become the first former president in the history of America to get charged with criminal activity but it doesn’t end there. He has also become the first-ever former president to throw a bash at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida just a few hours after his indictment. According to Daily Mail, he has spent a jolly good time DJ’ing and even partied with his friends and family.

Shortly after getting charged with falsifying business records, the former president flew back to his West Palm Beach home and left the immediate post-arraignment messaging to his team of lawyers. Trump apparently spent the evening at his private club with his daughter Tiffany Trump, Tiffany’s husband Michael Boulos and Trump’s longtime adviser Roger Stone.

Trump even took charge of the part’s music in which he played the Macho Man track by Village People which was remixed with Trump’s voice reciting the pledge of allegiance. The crowd present at the party even sang in chorus to Star-Spangled Banner along with the former president. According to New York Times, it was revealed that Trump has raised more than $12 million in campaign donations since the news of his arrest broke out. Well, it seems there is nothing slowing down Trump and his party’s efforts to reclaim the White House in the 2024 presidential run.

Among Trump’s firm allies remains, Kari Lake, the failed Arizona gubernatorial candidate who was endorsed by Trump and even called the former president's enemies the 'worst people in the world.' ''I love the man for what he does for our country but I love him even more when I realize: when you look at the enemies he has - those are the worst people in the world," she told Daily Mail in the private club. ''It looked like a bunch of copy and paste if you ask me,'' she added about the indictment. ''Desperation.''

Trump pleaded not guilty on April 4, 2023 to 34 counts of falsifying business records when he faced a New York judge, as per the outlet. The 76-year-old Trump was seen sitting alongside his defense team in the Manhattan courtroom with his hands folded on his lap and a grim look on his face. The unprecedented hearing in the Stormy Daniels hush money case commenced. Trump was also charged with paying hush money to former Playboy model Karen McDougal which amounted to  $150,000. After the court proceedings, Trump was placed under arrest. He avoided being handcuffed and did not have his mug shot taken. Rest assured, Trump’s indictment has not only birthed chaos in the US but a lot of opportunity for the internet trollers to mock him as well.
