Recently, a man from Interstate 35 in Kansas was caught wearing a Bud Light beer costume while driving a car, apparently under the influence. The council deputies arrested the man, per a Facebook post by Franklin County. The news was indeed worth a 'shot' as it's rare to encounter a human being dressed as a beer can. Very unlikely, but the image verified that it did happen. In the post, it could be seen that the man is standing with his hands up in front of a car pulled on the side of the road as the policeman stands in front of him.

The Facebook post read, "A career in law enforcement is exciting, and you get to experience something new every day. Sometimes you see things you can't believe! Yesterday, our deputies were notified of a possible intoxicated driver traveling northbound on Interstate 35. The vehicle was located and eventually pulled over. Deputies were surprised to see that the driver was wearing a beer can costume." According to the officials, the man underwent a breathalyzer and sobriety test as part of the routine stop. As it was obvious by the man's 'boozing' attire, he was under the influence of alcohol. However, when the officials discovered it, they immediately transferred him to Franklin County Jail under DUI. The post added, "Yes, you read that correctly. The driver was eventually placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol and transported to the Franklin County Jail. As always, suspects are innocent until proven guilty." The post received a flurry of hilarious reactions from the users. A Facebook user, @Tanner Abbott had a fun image of the 'beer can' outfit and quipped, "Is that considered an open container?" LOL. @Joy Miller commented, "A day in the life of Franklin County Sheriffs deputies, thank you."

@Caleb Anderson said, "Can't have any fun these days!" Haha yeah. Dressed up in a beer can and driving on roads sounds like a 'fun time.' Another Facebook user, @Emily Ann Hanson added to the fun as she joked, "But did they dance along the side of the road???" But the one comment that ruled for us was by @Vicky Millholland who added, "It was Cinco de drinko, ole." Hilarious!!

In 2014, a similar incident surfaced when a man dressed up as an elf made headlines when he was charged with a DUI after being found asleep in his van in New Jersey. The 23-year-old man passed out in his car and was discovered by the police in the wee hours of the morning. Later he was issued a summon and a family member took him.
