There's no doubt that the refrigerator contains the coolest of things we look forward to, ie, food. Guess what could be cooler than just that though? Food items arranged aesthetically with plants like live orchids or eucalyptus sprigs, a framed picture of your cat, and a lot more that adds to the lavish interior decor! Yes, you read that right.

Inside Eve Scampoli's refrigerator is just that. The fridge is not just a pleasure for the eye. It does contain regular food items like eggs, vegetables, bottled beverages, and yogurt, just organized with a dash of fanciness. Scampoli—who goes by @GardenofEVE on TikTok—turned quite a few heads when she shared the bougie interiors of her fridge.

She does receive backlash when people assume that the fridge is not used functionally to actually store food and some people in her TikTok comments do get disgusted by the idea of decorating their fridge so elaborately. It seems like a waste of effort to them, especially if it requires rearranging the fridge for every season and theme.

"The bottle of wine on top of the pasta next to the orchid is SENDING ME," CBC Radio producer Nicola MacLeod tweeted in response to a screenshot of one of Scampoli's TikToks posted by Twitter user@chlsperry.

"Honestly I respect anyone who can remain alive with such a near-terminal case of ADS (aesthetic derangement syndrome)," quipped New Yorker writer Helen Rosner on Twitter. However, there are many fans of Scampoli's who appreciate her effort and are inspired by her to organize their fridge even if it doesn't involve all the decorations. A lot of people loved the view and encouraged her to come up with more such ideas.

In an interview with TODAY, when asked what motivated her to get into the extravagant affair, Scampoli explained that she grew up with parents who made Sunday the focal point of the week for cleaning and cooking, with a focus on traditional Italian meals.

She goes to Publix every Sunday as an extension of her family's weekly routine, planning her meals on the fly around the ingredients that look the best. Then she comes home with a glass of wine to restock—and redecorate.

On her TikTok account, she has shared about a dozen fridge makeovers, ranging from a small bouquet amongst the blueberries and Brussels sprouts to a Halloween diorama of skeletons and ornamental eggplant stems to even more elaborate spectacles with far more greenery than just vegetables.

Her most popular video has nearly 4 million views and features eucalyptus sprigs, individual servings of vitamins in tiny bottles, and fresh basil in a herb keeper. "Just don't ever have a husband, don't have children, and don't have pets," she shared, as the key to her organized home. Having said that, we could learn a thing or two from her masterpieces. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of vegetables, spend time doing things that make you happy, and, most importantly, remember to laugh.
