Golfer’s Tee Shot Lands Ball Straight in Ball Holder of Golf Cart and People Are Astounded | “Ridiculous Touch”

Life is full of coincidences – chance, accident, fate, whatever you call it. But we rarely witness "remarkable coincidence" like in the 123rd U.S. Open Championship. There's been no shortage of brilliant occurrences in the 2023 championship. The sports world has seen some unlikely football goals to master strokes and killer trick shots.
However, Cameron Young astounded everyone with his near-impossible tee shot. The ridiculous golf shot landed the ball in a place that was '100,000,000//1'. Woah! For trick shot golfers, the golf shot was a dream come true and left spectators bedazzled. It was an unintentional master stroke, to put it mildly.
What are the odds?!

The 26-year-old Young hit the "remarkable" tee shot on June 17, 2023, and somehow his ball landed in the 'spot it was meant to be.' The ball flew in the air and unbelievably settled in the golf ball holder of a golf cart more than 300 yards away. Beyond-belief!!
The American golfer was just past the halfway mark of his third round at Los Angeles Country Club. The probability of the ball finding the "perfect spot" was '100,000,000//1. And it stunned everyone, including Young, who first seemed to have been in anger and let out an audible curse. Once he discovered the ball's "resting place," anger quickly turned into awe. Obviously. Haha!
The viral video has gathered 2.5 million views on TikTok's @sebongolf account with more than 150K likes and thousands of comments. Young's brief annoyance was caught on camera. Nonetheless, the once-in-a-lifetime shot attracted a swarm of spectators. And amidst stewards and security, the ball snuggled in the golf cart's front-right compartment. LOL!
The "exceptional" shot bedazzled the internet and TikTokers went into a frenzy. A TikTok user, @hammer.95 wrote in disbelief, "I just don't understand how the ball gets into the holder like that." Neither do we understand, buddy. Another user,@jim_casey recalled, "It once landed in a spectator's pocket."

Another TikTok user, @thehealthguy declared, "That's an automatic win in my book. Call the tournament at that point." Like literally because the shot was beyond comprehension. @grant_sallee09 mentioned, "That is just ridiculous. I loved seeing his ecstatic reaction." @32superfast compared, "It's that Super V8 race where a wheel rolled onto a tire stack, but more extreme."
I've seen homing pigeons but never before seen a homing golf ball 😂⛳️

Cameron Young has twice finished in the top three in major championships and has successfully secured several other runner-up finishes on the PGA Tour. But this shot he managed was so rare that "an effort golfing trickshotters could only dream of," reported CNN. Historical moment, indeed.

A golf fan, @robertaoelsligle quipped, "The ball was like 'I'm going home and sitting this one out.'" LOL, we bet. @tammyholmes236 joked, "The ultimate hole in one." A third fan, @mi_diesel_mechanic suggested a funny possibility, "It would be a shame if the parking brake went out and the cart just drove itself onto the green and then the battery died."
"Nobody will believe this."

Young still needs a "miracle" to improve upon his tied-third finish at last year's tournament and seal a first major title against Rickie Fowler, per CNN but this particular shot will remain an unforgettable remarkable coincidence.
