Old age is often called the second childhood of a person. A child and a grandparent alike engage in adorable antics that bring instant smiles. A group of senior citizens is stealing hearts with their iconic re-creation of Rihanna's Super Bowl performance. And the internet has declared them queens already. A TikTok video by the account, @arcadiasrlivingbg, opens with elderly women standing in line wearing full-white attire. The eleven senior residents, reportedly from the age group 80 to 92, resemble Rihanna's backup dancers.

One by one they move out of the frame, and a resident wearing a red dress similar to Rihanna's Super Bowl ensemble appears at the end of the line. She takes the center stage and performs the singer's 2009 song Rude Boy, lip-synching while the song plays in the background. The 87-year-old Dora Martin, dressed as Rihanna, told New York Post, "I am just a silly person, and I like to do what other people want me to do." Too much cuteness in one frame!

Along with Martin, her co-dancers 82-year-old Evans and 86-year-old Pat said they were urged to make the video by two 20-something-year-old employees at Arcadia Senior Living and the grandmas happily agreed. Evans added, laughing, "Maybe they'll want us next year for the Super Bowl!"

TikTok users took to the comment section to shower their love and support for the grannies' efforts. TikTok user, @noor.a.88, wrote, "QUEENS," with heart emojis. Another user, @princesskristen81, was encouraged by the video to share how she never got time with her grandparents as they died early. "I really really miss having grandparents. I never knew my grandpa. I miss my grandma writing to me and spending time with me. They all died in their early 70s," she wrote.

@valareyodera felt inspired by the senior citizens' youthful spirits and commented, "I want to grow old like the red lady." We second that. @faithdiana10 added, "Those grannies are such beauties. The Rihanna granny must have been a beauty queen in her youth."

The living facility is quite well known for its funny videos starring oh-so-adorable seniors. Earlier in February 2023, another video tasted TikTok's fame. The video shows two senior residents who bumped into each other in the hallway before a comical face-off. The male resident says, "Excuse me, Brah."

To which the female resident responds, "You are excused." The 2001 movie Zoolander's soundtrack plays in the background while the female lip-syncs the iconic "I'm not your Brah" line from the film. The video was captioned: "When someone cuts you off on the way to bingo." TikTok loved the video as it gained over 835,000 views and 47,000 likes.
