Rapper Lil Dicky Admits He Was Once Embarrassed By His Small Penis | Now, He Loves It 'Like a Flawed Pixar Character'

American rapper, David Andrew Burd, 35, in a podcast with Call Her Daddy host, Alexandra Cooper, revealed that he was born with a birth defect that required multiple surgeries on his penis. He is also not afraid to speak about it and raise important awareness about a health condition he was born with. He also expressed how he has learned to embrace his little d**k.
Lil Dicky explained that the 'spirit' of his rap name was "based off of the bleak truth of growing up and immediately having to get operated on my d**k." "It's called hypospadias. There were several operations... I don't even know all the facts at hand, because I was so young...My urethra was so tangled. My mum said it was like a corkscrew," he shared. As per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: "Hypospadias is a birth defect in boys in which the opening of the urethra is not located at the tip of the penis. In boys with hypospadias, the urethra forms abnormally during weeks 8–14 of pregnancy. The abnormal opening can form anywhere from just below the end of the penis to the scrotum." In most cases, the condition is treatable with one or more surgeries.
Doctors also 'predicted' that he wouldn't be able to ejaculate 'right,' according to the rapper. "I was like overly circumcised. I did get circumcised too. They had to fix the tangled urethra and on top of that, there was the Hypospadias that isn't necessarily - it's really a mislocated pee hole," he disclosed. Using a prop, Lil Dicky explains: "Right here in the middle is where most guys' pee holes are, mine is there. As if I didn't have enough problems, when I piss it's two holes." This had an effect on the rapper's mental health as well as his attitude toward sexual partners. He was extremely nervous about sexual encounters. "Like I was hanging out with two girls and felt both their breasts at the same time and then they said now let us feel your d**k. It was like a siren as if a bomb got dropped and all I heard was the white noise and I had to make up an excuse as to why I wasn't ready."
But when it came to losing his virginity, Lil Dicky recalled a sense of 'relief', saying, "I just remember my main thought being, 'Oh my god, it functions. My d**k functions.' And it was such a relief in that sense. I was so nervous it wouldn't be big enough or be the right angle when a girl comes on top." The rapper admitted that he used to 'cry in front of [his] parents about [his] d**k size,' because it was such a burden on his mind. However, by being open about his insecurities during his rap career, he was able to cure himself of some of the negative mental health effects. He concluded, "I love my penis like you love a flawed Pixar character." He's not only spreading awareness about the medical condition but also being an inspiration for people dealing with body image issues.
