One wouldn't be able to make out if American rapper Lil Durk is wearing a skateboard or if a skateboard is wearing Lil Durk. Yes, you read that right, and no, you haven't misunderstood. The fashion month is in full swing in New York City and the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles is also not falling short of wonders as well. The Chicago rapper arrived in style to watch the Lakers take on the Bucks, sporting a grey mohair sweater with an entire spliced skateboard interwoven into the chest, reports GQ.

Jonathan Anderson debuted the broken-skateboard-affixed sweater (along with those leather pants) in his JW Anderson Resort 2023 collection in the summer. You may recognize fashion's king of weird from his recent balloon-centric designs for the Spanish luxury label Loewe, where he also serves as creative director.
Durk was in Paris for men's fashion week last June when Anderson showed this collection (which also included garments fastened with BMX handlebars, CDs, and tin food-can lids), but there's no record of him attending the JW show and having a Jack seeing Rose in a love-at-first-sight moment. He paired it with a fuzzy balaclava, a slew of icy diamond chains, leather pants and Mad Max-style shin-guard motocross boots. Durk ended up with the sweater so he could wear it while watching the Bucks-Lakers game yesterday, during which he removed the balaclava.

At a first glance, it seems like he is just holding a skateboard but nope! It is actually sewn into the sweater. With Durk outfitted in arguably the wildest piece, the internet had its fair share of love-it, hate-it, and just plain hilarious reactions to the musician's latest fit. People did not hold back from reacting to the outfit. "Why did durk think wearing a broken skateboard is fashion," wrote @wizisfraud. "Lil Durk looked ridiculous with that skateboard on him," mocked @80Five_. @itsfaatimah_ added, "Lil Durk wearing a damn skateboard on his shirt I can’t defend you for this."
