Man Mocks Chef Salt Bae’s Signature Style And It's a Laugh Riot

Who doesn't know Salt Bae, the famous Turkish chef whose fame skyrocketed with a video that surfaced in 2017? The chef, whose original name is Nusret Gökçe, turned into an overnight sensation with a short video clip. In the video, he was seen sprinkling salt on a piece of steak with an unusual hand gesture which went on to become his signature style.
The virtual world became obsessed with his style of salt sprinkling and soon turned it into a meme. It's 2023 and salt bae memes have millions of different versions all over the internet. Various content creators have tried to copy his style and left the internet in splits. A video from 2022 shows a man making a hilarious attempt to replicate his salt-sprinkling action on Instagram. Everything about the video is hysterical; the man, his expressions, his style of holding the steak.
This Instagram account, @jackfroot shared the video of a Thai man who seems to be out in the woods. The man donned the classic Salt Bae attire, a white round-necked t-shirt, flaunted a mustache similar to his and finished the look with his iconic sunglasses. Full marks to him for wearing the look effortlessly. The man can be seen picking up a piece of seasoned steak from a counter and taking it to the store that was ablaze with fire. But as he tried to drop the steak into the fire, the fire escalated suddenly and the man jumped back, which was so funny. Then he approached the fire again and quickly dropped the steak in, and the fire almost caught him. LOL.
The viral video has since been watched over 22.6 million times, has over 9 million likes and thousands of comments. People had a field day with this and couldn't contain their laughter. An Instagram user, @sid_befab wrote, "LMFAO!" Another user, @auwalrio100 joked, "This is SandBae." LOL. @chenellelovely couldn't stop their chuckles and said, "I can't stop watching. Oh gosh, help me. This is too funny." We second the comment. It's beyond hilarious. @dannyromance gave another name to him and wrote, "That's paprika-bae, LOL."
Many users were curious about the man who created this video, and it turned out he is a pretty well-known and accomplished content creator. On Facebook, the video content creator, BanKii has over 2 million followers. He also has a YouTube channel under the same name with around 2.5 million subscribers and an Instagram account, @bankii_ii. The guy essentially creates humorous videos on food or technology.
Thanks to all the fame Salt Bae got, he now owns a chain of luxury steak houses named 'Nusr-Et' at exotic locations worldwide. Despite his successful ventures, people still recognize him as the man behind the famous Salt Bae meme.
