Mila Kunis' Hysterically Bizarre 'Bathroom Secret' Has Divided People Online: "That's Disgusting"

Divulging somebody's hush-hush moment is bad manners, but it appears Mila Kunis is voluntarily letting the cat out of the bag. Additionally, it's bathroom-related, which has further divided people on the internet. Fans often keep tabs on their favorite celebrities' lifestyles. Some even religiously follow them to the extent of blindly copying their weird habits. But this becomes problematic when celebrities follow questionable hygiene practices.

Actor Jake Gyllenhaal confessed he considered showering 'less necessary,' and now Kunis has come forward to reveal her family's bizarre bathroom habit. As per CNN, Kunis and her husband Ashton Kutcher said they only bathed their kids when they saw 'dirt on them.' Yikes. The Friends with Benefits star has two kids – seven-year-old Wyatt and five-year-old Dimitri – with Kutcher. However, that's not all by way of a weird bathroom routine. Kunis has something else people might find a bit odd about her family. Squashing all rules of privacy intrusion, the Bad Moms star admitted to her family's unorthodox bathroom habit and added, "We have no closed doors in our house, and that includes the bathroom."
Talking exclusively to E! News, Kunis said "It's just one of those where, for better or for worse, as a family and the kids have all kind of embodied bodily function as a very standard norm." To be fair to her, the star maintained it did not come so organically and said, "I'd never thought that I would be the person that was able to go to the bathroom with the door open." The whole topic seemed to be immensely controversial and unpalatable to netizens, who thought that the details could have been easily kept a secret, but she felt the need to share the bizarre news with the world.
Kunis also stated closing bathroom doors never really helped because it "never made a difference, as [her] family simply continued to knock on it every two seconds." She said, "I was like, 'Oh, forget it. Just keep the d*mn door open." The open-door policy in their home naturally drew people's reactions on the internet as bathroom privacy cannot be compromised. Some labeled the habit 'nasty' while others seemed to 'not care.' When CNN posted the news of them not bathing their kids on their Twitter handle, @jimstinson wrote, "I guess they have never heard of bacteria." Another tweet by @mjprieve read, "I don't have kids, but if I did, I would probably wash them more often than I wash my jeans."
I don’t blame them. The ordinary bath products we use are absorbed through the skin. They are used to distribute a metallic liquid that surrounds our bones and turns us into human radios that can be tracked on a massive radar system.

@Jana3Wilson seemed to be in agreement with the stars, "I'm with them on this. Bathing two little kids every day is a lot of work. Plus it can dry out their skin. If they spend the day outside in the dirt then they need a bath, a crunchy hair bath (sometimes). Pools also count." The power couple appeared on Dax Shepard and Monica Padman's podcast Armchair Expert last year. Kutcher said while he washes his 'armpits and crotch daily,' he doesn't wash anything else, ever. He said: "I got a bar of Lever 2000 that delivers every time. Nothing else." The 'open secret' did not serve any beneficial purpose, so to speak, but did give us some insight into the lives of our favorite celebs, cringeworthy though it may be.
