The 2-month-old baby boy, Jackson is not a fan of traditional lullabies like Hush, Little Baby, Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star and Rock-a-Bye Baby. The only way to hush this baby is Lil Jon's song, Get Low. The short video clip shows the little one calming down as soon as Alexa plays the hip-hop track.

The new mother, Melissa Buckley, shared a video where she struggles to soothe her inconsolable child. She tries to rock him to sleep but the baby cries relentlessly. That's when the mom asks Alexa to play Lil Jon's 2000 hit track, Get Low and the infant miraculously begins to calm down. Buckley sees the baby's expression changing and she too begins to rock to the song's beat and within moments, the baby's loud cries cease. The Instagram video caption reads, "Anyone else's babies get soothed to a random song? I used to play this all the time in my third trimester to try and get Jackson's head down and engaged… it did not work, haha!!" The video text inlay also mentions, "Can you tell I listened to this song a bit too much in my pregnancy." The 27-year-old mom shares the video on TikTok as well. She writes in the video, "POV: Your baby has great music taste. It gets him every time. He was fast asleep by the end of the song, haha."

The adorable video instantly went viral, garnering 13 million views on TikTok and 1.1 million on Instagram. Buckley told TODAY that the 2000 hit song is a household favorite. She says on a phone call, "I listened to it a lot in the latter half of my pregnancy because I was trying to get him low, and then I listened to it on repeat a good few times a day for probably three, four weeks on end." Buckley and her husband, Zach, enjoy Lil Jon's music and often dance to his tunes. Even during pregnancy, the couple would shake a leg in the kitchen to Lil Jon's music. Now the song is an everyday ritual in their house. The mother plays Get Low at least once or twice a day to soothe Jackson. Buckley said, "I just put it on again and he conked off, which was lovely."

But the infant's love for the hip-hop track is a coincidence. Buckley recalls that Jackson was crying one day and like any new mother, she was clueless about how to comfort him. So she put on this song because it soothed her through her pregnancy and voila, the boy was fast asleep like a log. That's when she figured out a way to calm the boy down. Buckley's Instagram and TikTok followers were in awe of the video. An Instagram user, @danielle_lance27, writes, "He's like, ok. Finally, this is my jam." Another user, @_kmbrl, shares her baby's jam and comments, "My baby's favorite song is first class by Jack Harlow. In 2022 we listened to it 892 times, according to Spotify." Buckley is now having a great time reading other moms' take on their baby's favorite 'lullaby.' She concludes, "Especially going through motherhood, it's so relatable because you really do anything to soothe your baby. It really doesn't matter what it consists of."
