Interviewer's Awkward "I Love You Too" to Logan Paul's "I Love You Bro" for His Brother Leaves Boxing Fans in Stitches

The presenter embarrassed himself by replying to Paul's loving words for his brother while chatting with the YouTuber during the Jake Paul-Tommy Fury fight.

Misunderstandings happen and it's not a big deal until you are on a live broadcast interviewing someone. These mistakes are not just made by amateur broadcasting personalities but by seasoned ones as well. Just like Radio Rahim had to face a moment of utter embarrassment while speaking to YouTuber Logan Paul about his brother Jake's big fight in the ring.

After the third round of the boxing match between Jake Paul and Tommy Fury, the audience was was keen to hear words of encouragement from the other Paul brother. A fight that has been three years in the making would surely have everyone on the tip of their toes right? But broadcaster Rahim fumbled a bit in his job this time.

Rahim went up to Paul with a mic, asking him what message he had for Jake before he walked into the ring. "I said, 'Jake I love you, I'm not going to give you a big speech, I know you got this but come back victorious or come back on your shield, I love you, bro,'" Paul replied. But Rahim somehow misunderstood Paul's words. Although the "I love you, bro" was addressed to Jake before his fight commenced, Rahim ended up replying "I love you too, man" in a haste.

The meme-worthy moment did not go unnoticed on social media as it sparked laughter from all over the world. @MarkEOrtega remarked, "Did Radio Rahim just say 'I love you too man' to Logan Paul when Logan was saying 'I love you' to his brother?" @ITakeAPoop tweeted: "I didn't understand why this was so awkward at first, then I saw this cut and realized he was talking to Jake, lmao at saying I love you too."

@SaltanPepe made a remark on this incident and wrote: "Radio Rahim has always been a weapon, him telling Logan Paul he loves him too has to be the meme of the year." @NorisIsALiar took a dig as well and commented: "Radio Rahim saying 'I love you too' to Logan Paul was the least cringy thing he did all night. Imagine spending millions on an event and getting him to host it."

According to The New York Times, Fury, the 23-year-old pro boxer from England, ended up winning the match against Jake. Perhaps the most entertaining part of the sporting event was the unintentional Rahim-Paul bromance moment after all. We wonder how many years it will take Rahim to recover from shuddering at the thoughts of that little moment of misunderstanding. But at the end of the day, we have to admit that most of us have been in Rahim’s shoes at least once in our lifetime.
