Product reviews are given so products could be made better for the customers. They could be extremely bold and honest sometimes but what they could also be is hilarious. People were left in chuckles after one small business owner shared the most embarrassing review her shop had ever received on Etsy. Charlotte, who runs Bohemian Forest Designs and makes rustic signs, shared a photo of the review on TikTok, along with footage of herself looking mortified.

The clip captioned "At least she still gave me five stars," received more than 90 thousand views and 12 thousand likes. The amusing review was for a Mother's Day Mama Bear Wood Slice Wall Hanging that cost $12.22. It points out an unfortunate flaw in the design, as a knot in the wood is placed directly on the bear's bottom. The review read, Loved my Mother's Day present, but my daughter was very upset about what we are now affectionately calling 'butt hole bear'. It made me laugh but made her cry. Maybe consider tweaking the design so the central knot becomes a nose instead of... well, you know what!"

Sweet Charlotte later changed her design in response to customer feedback, though the old one was still available for anyone who wanted it. As an apology, she messaged the woman and offered her a free replacement. Charlotte indeed was embarrassed but it surely made her chuckle as well. The feedback turned out to be helpful for sure and might have even led to more demand for the original design among her followers who found this to be either cute or hilarious.

People on TikTok had much to add. "I actually think it looks cute," claimed a user. "That's a bonus honestly," commented @Wandering Willow. "I feel like that's such constructive criticism," wrote @Laureen A. "Omg I love that LOL! I would have gladly kept it and I'm glad the customer was in good spirits," wrote @Livy. "It's very cute. Plus it has character and it obviously gave the mum a giggle," added @AbzLouise.

Previously, there have been feedbacks given that contributed to the humor of the situation. When a seller endorsed ballpoint pen specifically for "her" a customer used to this opportunity to write the most sarcastic feedback on Amazon. "My husband has never allowed me to write, as he doesn't want me touching mens pens. However when I saw this product, I decided to buy it (using my pocket money) and so far it has been fabulous! Once I had learnt to write, the feminine colour and the grip size (which was more suited to my delicate little hands) has enabled me to vent thoughts about new recipe ideas, sewing and gardening. My husband is less pleased with this product as he believes it will lead to more independence and he hates the feminine tingling sensation (along with the visions of fairies and rainbows) he gets whenever he picks it up," wrote A keen skier. Certainly writing a humorous review could be a skill for constructive feedback.
