However, while transitioning into the Midnights section of the set on tour, Swift faced a small mishap as the stage door did not open in time for her cue. But being a seasoned performer, the Lavender Haze singer did not panic and instead laughed off the error. However, she did appear a bit puzzled while searching for the opening on stage which she eventually found and successfully completed her iconic dive.

The audience present at the show circulated the clip which quickly went viral. The 33-year-old singer made her first surprise dive into the stage’s trapdoor during her first Eras Tour show in Glendale, Arizona in March 2023, per PEOPLE. Clips from the inaugural concert also resurfaced which featured the singer diving into a rectangular hole made on stage as the display on the stage showed her swimming underwater to reach the main stage. The Grammy winner has also been making headlines for a few other positive and negative reasons in the past few months. On a positive note, ahead of her show in Tampa, Swift gave a large donation to a local food bank that'll feed over 125,000 people in the area. But the pop sensation’s newly single status broke the hearts of millions of fans as well as she recently separated from her longtime partner, Joe Alwyn.
