Travis Scott Gets Roasted for Going Unrecognized in Awkward Photoshoot | “Japan Honestly Don’t Care. They Just Be Vibin”

Imagine feeling like the entire world knows you but you go for a photo shoot in another country and you don't get recognized by a single person in public. Well, that could be embarrassing. You could also breathe a sigh of relief knowing nobody recognizes you, paparazzi or fans won't bother and you can roam around freely. We don't know what exactly went through Travis Scott's mind but his photoshoot in Japan did seem awkward when not a single soul recognized who he was.
A recent video of the 31-year-old rapper surrounded by Japanese residents who are unaware of the rapper's identity has over 13 million views on Twitter, with users mocking the rapper for assuming he'd be recognized. The rapper, dressed in jeans and a white sweatshirt with a hood, can be seen posing for a photo in front of pedestrians crossing a street in the 11-second video clip. Scott then whips around to face the flow of foot traffic, lifting his hood in anticipation of a reaction, aiming for a big reveal. Instead, the unbothered Japanese commuters continue on their way, oblivious to his attempt to elicit a response. Then the Goosebumps rapper returns to his entourage, smiling abashedly.
Some fans sympathized with him. "It's probably kind of nice to not be bombarded by fans," wrote @dos14_. "He’s prob happy as hell to be able to walk around like a normal person for once," added @JayCartere to which @Leezy_86 replied, "Sure looks like a person just trying to walk around normally, trying to blend in.." Many people, however, roasted and trolled Scott observing the behavior of the public on Japan's streets around him. Here are a few good responses that will either make you feel bad for Scott or chuckle hard while you gobble down that sushi roll.

I wouldn't know Travis Scott if his name was glued on his forehead and he was standing right in front of me.

I don’t think it’s worse than someone who fell off years ago pic.twitter.com/CAB7dsQW8K
