It seems this UK woman has found one of the most unusual ways to make money on the internet and she is no longer pursuing her medical career because this lucrative opportunity has helped her make handsome bucks. According to LADbible, 22-year-old Lateisha Jones is making thousands of dollars per week by selling her bodily fluids instead of sampling them in a lab as a med school student would.

A vast majority of people might find it baffling and disgusting but the spit seller is living a lavish life by doing the bare minimum. “It all started as a fluke and now I’ve been doing it for four years,” Jones told Caters, per New York Post. Through her odd business, she has been able to pay off a $11,000 debt and quit her job at Tesco. Well, selling her spit on the internet wasn't Jones' initial career goal as she started studying biomedical science to fulfill her lifelong dream of becoming a doctor. 

Burdened by student loans and living costs, the British woman didn't have enough money to stay financially afloat and she started working at Tesco. But a meager job at the grocery retailer wasn't enough to pay her bills so she opted for a side hustle on OnlyFans. Little did she know that the world of the internet is full of strangers making strange requests and expressing their kinks. So it didn't take Jones long enough to sell everything from her used shower water to her spit.

“When I first got asked for a bottle of my spit, I thought it was a joke at first and that it couldn’t be serious until I realized it was,” described Jones. “I agreed and asked for £300 ($371.22). That was the highest number I could think of. He then asked for my bank details and paid for it. I couldn’t believe how easy it was.” “I gauge it by each customer — if I know they will pay a lot, I will charge more,” the social media star explained her business strategy, per the outlet. “I do negotiate to some extent but I don’t sell for less than £200 ($248). The most I have made from spit is £1,500 ($1,864) — I knew the guy had money and he was happy to pay it.”

Thanks to her jar of spit, Jones is living her life like a queen as she continues to receive requests for everything from used bedsheets to sweaty gym clothes and soiled toothbrushes which gets her about $3,700 to $6100 per week (approx.). “It didn’t make sense to work at Tesco or go to university anymore as the demand was so high,” she said. “I was making more money than I had ever seen in my life.”

Jones now makes all her money by operating on OnlyFans and working as a cam girl. At the end of the day, she feels that her financial freedom is "empowering" since she didn't have enough money while growing up. “I never knew what it felt like to go out and buy whatever I wanted,” the spit-selling ex-med student admitted.
